Custom Jutsu Registration Rules

All Jutsu Registration have to be bought. For those of you who do not know where the list of prices are, I have listed them below.

Spoiler:

1.) Look at the list of cool downs here. If it is not within your chakra range for you rank than you can not register it. For example. Genin can not register A and S ranked jutsu because they cannot learn them

2.) All Jutsu must either be of no element or of the elements you have. If you don't have wind element then you can't have wind jutsu.

3.) Everyone get's one topic. If you have a puppet or a summoning that also has custom jutsu then your summoning may have it's own topic, but clearly label the difference between topics.

4.) A staff member will post in which he/she will approve or deny your jutsu. Once this is done, use the same topic to create more jutsu.
