Village History:
One day Fenix and Raiku was walking down the street looking for a fight and suddenly saw some random thugs and ran to them immediately when Fenix and Raiku beat the living hell out of the random thugs and took there money and marijuana after a while Fenix said to Raiku "lets stop and smoke this." Raiku pulled out the marijuana and then Fenix and Raiku smoked it but they didn't realize that they where right beside a mountain, When they got done smoking they decided to climb the mountain and when they got to the top they noticed that there was a cloud that had the number 9 on it and that the cloud wasn't moving so Fenix told Raiku that he was going to try and walk on it after getting to the top Fenix yelled at Raiku to come on and see what was up there. It's amazing said Fenix. After walking for a few miles they came upon a city, this city wasn't normal it was deserted it was the most beautiful city you could imagine. Fenix walked into the tallest nicest looking building and went to the top level and looked out of the window then told Raiku that he wanted to look around more so as soon as Fenix and Raiku left the building they where so astounded they smiled at each other and went to give a high-five and as soon as their hands touch they got struck by this purple lightning and ever since he has this power that can see over the whole city.( so basically we are on a cloud on top of a mountain and there are other clouds that are above cloud 9 to mask our clouds appearance )
