Question Regarding Samurai

My question is regarding this Samurai

Now I'm slightly confused, am I suppose to find the Samurai leader or leader as in Kage of the respective village I'm in? If it's the first would it be possible to do a WQ of so many words(similar to the 7SM wq)?

And Advance elements includes what? o.o

I was a samurai once. They told me just to update your class in the right section. Get rid of ur jutsu's. And about the Advanced element it's all in here. Element
