| Bloodline Name/Surname:Tenraku (Sometimes called Storm Bringers) Clan Classification: Bloodline Kekkei Genkai name: Storm Release Clan traits: Members of this clan are usually more sarcastic and determined than most people. Most where hooded clothing and value stealth and speed, while having above average chakra reservations. They all hold Assassin occupations. The bloodline trait tends to overpower other bloodlines when being passed down through genetics. So if someone carrying another bloodline were to make child with someone of the Tenraku, the Tenraku bloodline would most likely carry to that child. Members of this clan also have an affinity to the wind nature outside of the bloodline. Members are recognized for their striking light brown eyes which often appear golden in the light. Clan History: The clan is believed to have some origin within Kumogakure back in the early ages of the ninja, but that no longer holds any truth value today, for the clan takes homage inside the lands of Kirigakure. The clan's members have been loyal to that village for the past 200 years. The secrets to how this clan developed such a divine connection to nature and the creation of storms have been wanted knowledge of many. This brought constant attacks against the clan but their abilities have always proven to be well versatile to defend and fight. There have been cases where other clans try to marry into the bloodline, in hopes that their offspring will carry both family bloodline abilities. However the Tenraku bloodline is a dominant one and often eclipses the other bloodline, no matter if passed down from mother or father. The number of people in this clan is deemed high. Village:Kirigakure Kekkei Genkai Information/Description: The abilities granted by mixing an electric field and water is of course weather control, this chakra ability can shape and control storm clouds, it can also alter pressures, temperatures, and compositions of the air. Members of this bloodline are able to use storm release jutsu and techniques which are techniques that combine Lightning Release and Water Release to create bright beams of electricity that can flow like water.

Description: This technique is used for capturing opponents with ease. The user points their open hand's palm toward the target, creating a ring of clouds around them. The target can't go through the clouds for hidden within is an electrical field that will knock them back into the center of the ring with a jolt of electricity. The cloud ring is a personal size according to the target, meaning it is only big enough for one target. Though the target can't go through the cloud ring, they can however go over it or under it, if they move quick enough that is. When the user closes the open hand into a tight fist, lightning like bars instantly branch from the cloud ring and encloses the target in a electrical sphere shaped cage. Once the fist has been made, they no longer have to hold it for the cage to remain around the target. The air pressure within the cage and around the cage causes it and the target within to levitate off the ground, and can be guided by the user's thoughts. Whenever the target tries to use jutsu within the cage, they will receive a electric shock that will disrupt their technique. The user can only make 2 cages at the same time, for they only have 2 hands, but once one cage has been closed, the hand that created is now free to make another. If someone tries to destroy the cage physically, they will receive an electric shock strong enough to make them unconscious. The target can be released from the cage by the user by reversing the process of creating it.(Closed Fist to Open Hand)

Description: The user with the Storm Release Kekkei Genkai can shoot a single bolt of electricity like a missile from either of their hands. Each hand can only fire one bolt at a time, or both hands can fire two bolts simultaneously. These bolts are fluid like water and can be guided by the user like missiles. On contact the bolts have moderate destructive force, able to destroy medium sized dense structures(medium sized boulders/ice blocks). When a bolt hits a target it sends a surge of electricity throughout their body and nerves. The pain caused is equal to the pain from being struck by lightning and results in temporary paralysis of 1 post.

Description: The user creates a mass of clouds that can attract the electricity. These clouds are used in a defensive manner to defend against lightning techniques by attracting the electricity like a magnet into the clouds. The electricity is engulfed by the clouds where within they lose all of their electrical power and completely dissolved into nothing. The clouds then dissipate afterwards into the atmosphere. The clouds are strong enough to attract electricity out of a water source.

Description: The user heats the air near a water source forcing it to evaporate at accelerated speeds. The evaporated water quickly condenses under tight air pressure and forms clouds. The amount of water that can be forced into evaporation can be as much as an entire river. The clouds simply rise up into the sky above and/or settle in the area like a dense fog.

Description: The user causes heats the air around the target(s) and increases the pressure of the air upon their body, simulating conditions like being enclosed in pressure cooker. The air seems to ripple and wave a bit around the target(s) in a dome shape marking the beginning stages of the technique, while a ring of steam rising off the ground marks the boundaries of this dome. Because the air grows increasingly heavy, pushing from all sides within the dome, flickering from within it is pretty much impossible, and the weight of everything within doubles. When steam begins to rise from within the dome and off the target(s) bodies, it means it is too late for escape without suffering dehydration. The technique can last as long as the user holds the final hand seal, Dragon. The longer the technique last, the hotter the air becomes and the greater the pressure, forcing conditions no living being can withstand, resulting in death.
Limitations: People of this bloodline are restricted to having only wind nature chakra outside of the bloodline and are unable to learn secondary elements. Members of this clan are restricted to Assassin class. Must put 'strong' for Chakra and Speed abilities. Ability~Name:Taijutsu Art: Storm Fist Description:Utilizing the eletrical properties of the storm release bloodline, The user creates a light static electric coat along their body. This cloak lies directly on their body and the clothing, recognized by the small bluish sparks flying around him and the added damp moisture of his skin and clothing. Another sign that this is in use is that there is a thin light gray cloud or mist coming off his body with similar small sparks flying about. The purpose of this cloak grants them the ability to send surges of electricity into the opponents body on contact by quickly compressing the air pressure and water particles from the mist coming off his body so that they clashes thus creating the electricity. With each hit, they can simply numb or paralyze the area or body part depending on what is hit. This is a very effective form of taijutsu as they are able to both immobilize the target as well as damage. This could be compared to the Hyuuga gentle fist, the difference being that this stops physical body functions rather than chakra flow, and there is nothing gentle about it. There is also the added sound of thunder upon each impact. Drawbacks: This technique requires constant chakra control to prevent the shroud from actually harming the user, therefore while the coating is active they are unable to cast new ninjutsus and genjutsus. Name: Cloud Walking Description:Firstly the user cast large, thick, dark gray, almost black, clouds throughout an area. Within these clouds the area seems to be affected by a thick black fog. This is used to obscure the vision of those within. The air within the clouds also grows hotter in temperature and feels heavy. However for the user it serves the purpose of an illusive movement. They can flicker away from any position within the clouds or fog and have water particles of the fog cast an exact replica or illusion clone in his place at the same moment. They can also create similar illusion clones in other areas of the cloud. With these being illusion clones, when they are attacked they simply whisp away. A granted perk is that this same ability can be used within a normal fog, example being Hidden Mist Technique. Since the cloud or fog is the effect of the bloodline, when viewed by Byakugan or Sharingan, it gives the same color chakra signature or color as the user themself, proving affective against doujutsu users. For those within the cloud who aren't the user, small light bluish sparks will fly around their bodies aiding the user in pinpointing their positions. Drawbacks: The clouded area can be cleared with very strong winds in open areas, however if said clouds are within a closed space with no ventilation there is no place for the clouds or fog to escape to. Also whenever the user flickers from a position in the cloud, a sound of thunder is heard in that position and another at the position the user reappears. Name: Rolling Thunder Clouds Description: From around the base of their feet and lower part of their legs, the user sends out a wave or ring of black clouds which lay low to the ground. The clouds roll across the ground quickly as a circle with the user at the center. The clouds are sent out with the stomp of their foot which grants the sound of thunder. Within the cloud the particles and atoms create friction and obtain electric properties like an electric field but this field is masked within the clouds. As these clouds rest on the ground, whoever steps within the low clouds, other than the user, is shocked continuously and paralyzed. Drawbacks: This field requires the user's feet to remain in their same position, preventing them from moving away from where they are standing. | |
