Changes

Alright so, Ive changed the template to take off Jounin template...only thing.
Changed Jutsu so that its simple not long with unnecessary things.
changed bloodline slightly. And that was it i think...all we need now is some approval sections...

In character make it then make a sub one that is
Konoha
Kirigakure
Missing-nin

This all makes the forum better.

Finally i pose to get rid of abilities....as its nonsence people can jut make a clan and close it if they don't want anyone else to have it. And it makes people OP if they have a clan. So yeah if its kept i say get rid of the clan being allowed and make them have one only...

There are approval sections, you just cant see them ( This prevents a lot of metagaming )

We used abilities on another site, and it worked well. So it is staying for now
