New Idea ( Chakra system )

Basically, I am trying to prevent God Modding, but at the same time making the fence big enough for the horse to play in.

So here is how it goes.

E rank jutsu -1
D rank jutsu -2
C rank jutsu -4
B rank jutsu -6
A rank jutsu -8
S rank jutsu -10


Genin will start with 15 chakra. From there you can buy more chakra via points

1 +chakra = 25 ryo

Other things can boost your chakra and speed as well such as gates and bijuu

well...dont certain clans have higher chakra? and what about ss rank jutsu? and what about moves like walking on water or combo jutsu? just saying. maybe a little more detail?

To support your own question, what is a Combo Jutsu?

We don't expect people to have SS jutsu yet, or at all.

I doubt any clan has higher chakra unless that is their clans ability.

Waling on Water is innate and is not a jutsu, so we don't have it counting.

combo jutsu are jutsu that can only be used with 2 or more people specifically made for them. what about curse marks?

Hmm... I'm stuck on whether to support this or not. It'd be good to prevent pulling-out-the-ass Jutsu spam, but at the same time it'd be hard to manage and remember how much you can still use...

It's not hard for people to know how many jutsu you can use. Genin are exhausted after 4 C-Rank techs. That's obvious, they're Genin. Chunin? They could probably handle a bit more with their experience and age. Jounin? Kages? It keeps moving up. You can't spam S-Rank techs, you can't use ten A-ranks in a row. If the people seriously have such a problem keeping track of their own chakra I would expect the person they are fighting to say something about it.
