Seal Masters may learn all Fuinjutsu in half the training amount, or half the amount of points for canon and custom jutsu purchases.

Description:

-Layle is six foot three and weights around two hundred and fifteen pounds. The young nineteen year old kid has pale skin from the cold climate in the land of Iron. The body type that young Layle has is slightly muscular with a more athletic feel to it. He is resolved as a pretty body always worrying about his hair and shit. He has both of his ears pierced with small completely black studs. He has short messy styled black hair with deep purple colored eyes.

Layle’s attire style isn’t like most Shinobi or even like most Samurai. He wears a long sleeved white shirt with the collar that seemed to be ripped out. The whole area around his neck hangs down to about his sternum, which reveals that part of his chest. Then, on top of that he wears a long sleeved completely black jacket with different markings on the sleeves and chest. The jacket remains open at all times and the sleeves are pushed up to his elbows for an unknown purpose. He wears the usually solid black pants with a belt that has room for a blade on each hip. Then, he has an all silk sword case that hangs just behind his right shoulder, which is used to carry his most special blades.

Personality:
-Layle is extremely calm in all types of events, meetings, and such. He just seem sot be put everything off as a whatever-case. The calm nature of Layle’s personality seems to be almost unnatural. He seems to only care about certain things, which in turn will make him act out of his Calm stature. Theses things are very rare indeed but they are not nonexistent. This calming nature can be pushed onto someone else by a mere split-second eye contact made with him, which in turn will make the target feel a sudden wave of calmness infect their mind. The objective of Layle always being calm is that he wishes to evoke confidence to his fellow Samurai and Shinobi alike, and this is because he wishes to rule over them in the end.
-Layle is extremely childish for his age. He is nineteen but seems to act like acting like a child. This is seen by the good number of pranks, jokes, and other childish things that are done by Layle on a daily schedule. The childish behaviors continue on by peeking at women in hot springs, raping, and all the other things involving women. He is usually seen setting up some sort of prank for some of the higher ranking members of Tetsugakure no Sato. Even though, he is a tad bit childish every damn day. He still finds time to act somewhat like an adult in the times that matter most.
-The arrogant child is the title that was given to Layle by his Parents at a very young age. They called him this simply because of his overwhelming arrogant nature, which is seen through many different ways. Layle’s arrogance is easily seen throughout his life by bullying the weak, taunting the weak and even people outside of his skill range. He was even known to fight anyone who decided to stand up to him even if he was beaten down to a bloody pulp. The arrogance seems to get him into a bit of trouble from time to time because of the sheer attitude he has towards everyone that he finds weaker then him. Even if they aren’t weaker, he will still presume so until shown otherwise.
-Layle’s fighting style is made up of mostly Kenjutsu and Nintaijutsu with a bit of Ninjutsu and Taijutsu in there as well. The Nintaijutsu part is seen through his use of Novuton techniques as well as a couple of custom techniques he learned from a Powerhouse Genin from back at the chuunin exams. The Kenjutsu is easily seen through his use of his custom weapons and other weapons as well. Even though, he uses all theses styles in his fighting. Layle simply wishes to beat his opponent to a bloody pulp no matter whom or what it is. Thus, he is known to his friends, if he has any real ones, as the Demon of Tetsugakure no Sato. Also, Layle will try to maim the person he is fighting and torture them a bit before going straight for the kill. Thus, he is really patience when he is fighting someone. He will just try to draw out the fight to get the person more tired.

~History~

History:
-Layle was born in The Land of Fangs in the middle of December. He was born into a rather noble-like Samurai family, but of course he didn’t like that type of noble-like family. The young child was forced to learn too many different things, like the ways of the Samurai. The kid went along with the damn trainings until he ran away from home at age nine. He lived in the hidden village in The Land of Iron and joined the academy there without any thought in the world. The academy years weren’t the best years of Layle’s life. He only knew a about being a Shinobi. Yet, he pushed through the horrible bitch of an Academy and came out top of his class in Kenjutsu, and he was placed in a really good Genin team at the very start.
-Layle’s Genin years were a hell of a lot better then his academy years. He trained very hard and even completed more missions then any other team. The Genin of Team 69 were the best out of the other squads of Tetsugakure no Sato. They were immediately sent to the Chuunin exams without delay. Even though, didn’t make it through the first round of the Forest of Death stage. Layle meant a man by the name of Hakushin ‘Sion” Voltaire. That was a bit insane. Layle told Haku that he loved Nintaijutsu, and because of that comment Hakushin gave him a scroll with one of his custom techniques in it. The Technique was called The Wind Stepping Technique.

Even though, all that happened Layle still dislikes the current government of Tetsugakure no Sato. Thus, he is planning on starting a rogue group, which of course hasn’t been named yet.
