A dark cloud seems to follow this man around as he is the so called voice of the Uchiha and meant to be the one to constantly make a straight face for everyone and everything. The leader of the Uchiha is supposedly the perfect ninja specimen although there is nothing perfect about Raigon. Sadly he is a so called genius of the ninja world having achieved all three tomoe before anyone else in the clan could pumping him to the position. That coupled with his battle skills make him the best and only leader the clan has seen for around twenty years leaving the weight of rebuilding upon him.

Around the village he is the one man constantly patrolling and incredibly uptight around everyone, but in a more self controlled area he shows his true colors becoming much more free and lose, especially around those he cares for. Every now and again he enjoys a sip of sake never becoming inebriated and always keeping his calm demeanor no matter what the situation is. One sever downfall to the man is that he is easily woe by most women with a cute face, nice smile, and a seemingly good personality. This does at times sway decisions, but is not likely to happen when it is important.

My jutsu were changed, I was officially approved, and Devin agreed to let me have chidori as a jutsu which in turn allows the spinoffs.

Naw, just remove the jutsu.

If you want chidori, then make it to the final 4 of the chunin exams. 4 of the restricted jutsus will be given out then.
