Timeless Encounters

A sigh escaped the girl's lips as she walked down the familiar paved road of her village. Her petite figure walked through small crowds of people as they went about their business. The girl paid little heed to them, her mind elsewhere as her feet made small sounds as they hit the cracked ground below her. So much has changed over the years and being fifteen made it all the less fun.

Her thoughts drifted to a face she hasn't seen in quite some time. Sitting on a bench, she let herself watch people go about their daily routines. The boy from her past came to mind as she frowned slightly. His young features sparked in her thoughts, his dashing smile, his emotionless crimson eyes and fiery hair. He was indeed handsome just three years ago when they had met, both strangers and enemies. Yet, for whatever reason, they had grown quite close that day and his face, from that day on, was always on her mind. He was always there, his voice, his words of wisdom, and his hurt stricken face when he left her. Smiling, she remembered getting her kitten and new best friend Toko. Giggling, she pushed him from her mind.

Her hair had grown longer since their last encounter. Instead of the bundles of curls she used to be, they had grown to more of a wave as they silhouetted down the small of her back. Her face was more mature, having lost her baby fat over the years. Her body was more womanly as she had grown quite a bit in the passing years. Her sapphire eyes, still a striking blue, were broader and more defined, lined with a small amount of eyeliner to emphasize them. Her body was also adorned with her usual ninja attire.

Taking a strand of her hair, the girl shut her eyes, leaning her head back as she thought in silence. She usually did this when stressed, seeing as though she had just came back from showing a stranger around her village. The boy somewhat bothered her. A frown became evident on her porcelain skin as she tried to relieve herself from the stress the day has brought upon her.

His crimson eyes were easily the most ominous things in the atmosphere and yet with the images of that beautiful young blond with the sapphire blue eyes that made the ocean green with envy there couldn't be complete hatred in the red and black eyes of the man who floated now into Kirigakure. He was here now for only one reason and that reason was to see and be with the woman whom he had sworn his return to. In this copied state he was still himself and promise rung in his eyes as he though of her and the lovely smile that she always portrayed.

The small kitten flashed into his mind as well and how he had rescued it and for some reason given it to her occurred to him as well. The thoughts of this woman did bring a smile to his features and the thoughts of the ball of snow white fur completely new to this world too brought forth a chuckle. A hardiness came to his eyes along with a soothing need to see the one that he had come here for and as he floated through the streets attracting attention he saw her sitting there oblivious to the world around her as she was wrapped in her own thoughts.

She was so much different now, yet it was all for the better. Her porcelain skin still as wondrous as ever, long blond curls now an ocean of golden waves, and even her then okay body had developed into a much more mature and voluptuousness state as her once semi developed features had blossomed out to show her as a young lovely woman. Raigon himself was different as his childish features had faded and his long red hair had increased in lengths now having bangs that matched his chin. Even his eyes were more developed to where a cunning maturity could be seen in them at all times that only added to his handsome and much more many features.

He had grown more over the three years they were apart and each muscle on his body was harder, more toned, and defined in every way possible. Most would call the man the epidomy of a ninja just from the look of him. He now had one more katana on his back than when she had seen him showing his membership in the anbu black ops. As a favor from Saitou he wore the same outfit that his father had when he was the leader of the anbu and yet Raigon was wearing no mask at all. That was a rule that he only abided by on missions and would not do so as he came to see her.

Approaching the bench quietly he slipped an arm behind her head and one behind her legs floating a tad higher in the air. His eyes could see all and each small portion of her face seemed a piece of a puzzle that when solved showed the world's greatest masterpiece. Looking into her closed eyes he spoke, his voice being a few octaves deeper with time and matching that of a bass singer, "I come back to see you and here you are lounging about on a bench. What if this little guy had run away Brielle? I know you would be heartbroken." Smiling his same devilish grin he awaited for her to open her eyes and realize who it was holding her here.

Her body became increasingly relaxed as Brielle felt herself slipping into sleep. Her eyes, still shut, felt a small breeze, the passing wind sending her hair to the side, making it slide against the back of the bench. A sudden solid became pressed against her neck and legs as her body was lifted from her comfortable position on the bench. Sapphire hues opened wide suddenly, her body jolting as she turned her head to the side, ready to send a fist into the face of the culprit who was touching her. With her fist ready, she stopped, a look of realization hitting her as the wind seemed to be knocked out of her system.

Staring at the face of this man, her eyes remained wide with surprise and disbelief. Her speech, much to her annoyance, was immobile as her mouth remained agape, trying to voice her thoughts to this man she hasn't seen in quite sometime. Swallowing hard, she felt a blush of embarrassment forming on her high and defined cheeks. Looking at their position, it only caused her to become a darker hue of red.

"I! You..."She paused, trying to take in what he just said. Looking at him, she rose and eyebrow, a look that resembled something quite comedic. "You came back to see me?" She asked, quietly. Her eyes became gentle as she looked down, a bit flattered by it all. Coughing, she nodded slightly.

"Yes, I suppose you're right." She stated, her eyes every so often moving to look at his handsome face. Smiling a bit, she looked to him. "It's nice to see you again, Raigon."

Raigon smilled as he spoke to her, his hawk, one of many, flying over their heads giving him a visual range of just about three hundred and sixty degrees. His eyes were still looking into hers and yet no tricks were being played at all on anyone. His sharingan was only activated now for her protection and his solice. His mind repeated it's self like a broken record constantly wondering how she could have become even more beautiful. Amazed by her looks the sound of her angelic voice nearly toppled him.

A small chuckle came from deep within the man as he stopped her from speaking by pressing his lips into her own. It was brash, irrational, and odd for him to do anything like this their second time meeting, but it seemed the right thing to do in the situation. That and given the fact that he was worried about her speaking too much and ruining the beauty of the moment, he of course thought this jokingly, made it seem right to do such a thing to and with her. In all honesty it was his very first.

Slowly and unsurely pulling his lips from hers Raigon looked at her with a hint of worry in his eyes. His actions were so quick and spontaneous that he knew not what she would say to this or even how she would take it. He parted his lips slightly to speak and found that nothing was coming out. This was a first for the man and with this being his first time he knew not how to react to a loss of words. All he could do was sigh slightly and apologize quietly, "I am sorry for that Bri..." Not knowing what else to say he broke eye contact and lowered his head ashamed of himself.

Brielle felt her speech stop as something soft caught her lips. Her eyes widened as she looked towards the man holding her, her sapphire optics blinking from the shock of it all. She's never been kissed before. This thought was a bit odd as she stared at the boy kissing her. He pulled away before she could react, her facial expressions still presenting a look of shock. Staring into his crimson hues eyes, the girl swallowed hard, a pink encasing her cheeks, much to her dislike. Already the man has swept her off her feet and kissed her. What a day.

He apologized for his actions, their eyes breaking contact as his bangs shielded his face in shame. A gentle smile made it's way to her face as she sighed, her index finger moving under his chin and lifting his head so she could look at his handsome face as she spoke. She couldn't help but think he looked strikingly good looking up close. She hesitated before speaking, taking his aged appearance. He truly did grow to be something amazing. With his hair longer, she thought it suited him while he no longer held an innocent look about him, his facial structure strong and mature.

"Don't apologize." She whispered. Her eyes looked him over as her smile grew. "It's not like I didn't enjoy it." She stated, giggling afterwards. Moving out of his arms, her feet touched the floor as she stared up at him, her eyes gleaming with the sunshine overhead. Placing her hands behind her back, she kept her sapphire orbs on him.

Looking down at her his feet had yet to touch the ground as he barely hovered over it threatening to lad at any moment Raigon smiled. It was a pure smile showing the pearl white teeth that lined his mouth and it was a smile that expressed emotions he wasn't sure he had. Since they were last together he had gained a lot as a person, but it seemed she was the only woman or person in general that could make him generally happy. Sighing he began to speak to her yet again still astounded by her beauty.

"Well it seems now that my spontaneity is not without consequence, yet it seems that the consequence is something that I can live with as it seems to be your smile. It seems that I have missed that smile more than I care to admit...." Raigon brushed a bit of hair from his face as he was now wearing no headband across his forehead due to it's removal. He looked at her, his red eyes soft and caring when a familiar meow resounded and something brushed across his leg.

Smiling Raigon picked up the now larger cat. Petting it slightly he scratched behind it's hear and laughed as it purred in his arms. Toying with it he smiled as it pawed at his fingers and allowed it to jump from his arms. His eyes returned back to the woman before him as he spoke again to her. "Where would you like to head?" He smiled sincerely at her wondering what this trip to Kirigakure would bring them both still wondering what the real him was thinking and doing.

Brielle stared up at the man, taking note of the features that had changed since their last encounter. Smiling, she brushed away a strand hair that somehow gotten to her face. Tucking it behind her ear, she gave the boy a thoughtful look as I told her how he missed her smile. The thought made her blush a bright pink. Directing her attention to something else, she looked towards the mewling cat which was now longer and fluffier, a bit of muscle being noted on it. It's eyes were still wide and captivating as it's tail curled and waved in the air, showing an obvious remembrance of Rai. Giggling, she watched as it caressed his leg in affection, wishing to be held. Without removing her eyes from the feline, she spoke.

"I named him Toko. He's grown quite a bit since I got him."

The man's next question made Brielle think, her face demonstrating she was thinking. Lifting her head, she tilted it, her hair following her motions as it swayed and bobbed against her back. Walking ahead, she lifted the cat into her arms, cradling it like a baby as it remained the, content.

"Let's walk into town and look around." She stated, her sapphire optics locking with the man's familiar crimson ones. flashing him a smile, she moved forward, hoping he would follow.
