Mistakes are made, and repeated. The chaos of battle, can be found not to be so chaotic after all. If one steps backs and can see this they can slowly and analytically process the information they have, and any assumed information, habits and physicals attributes. A tenancy to favor a left foot for example, can be exploited quickly and ruthlessly.
In battle if a technique is used and then repeated, the user gains a +1 Speed Bonus against that Skill. If it is used again, the User gains a another 1+ Speed Bonus. This continues until he gains a 5+ Speed Bonus, at which point it can't continue further.
If the user of this ability encounters a entity he has battled before, or seen battle, he gains another Speed Bonus against them, if he has battled them, he gains a 5+ Speed Bonus against every move they make. To gain this bonus the user will have required to have been in a battle against that person for more then 5 posts.
If he fights them again he will gain a +7 Speed Bonus, this will continue in the same pattern until it reaches +15, at which point in will refuse to go any further.
As the generations of the Nara have gone on, they have continued to pass down the genes, and more often then not they have married smart women, who posses a violent temper. This is purely represented in Kakusan as when he was taken out of the ice, they needed a blood transfusion from another Nara, so Kakusan contains a combined dosage of these genes, from two different family lines. This gives him a +7 Intelligence Boost.
However no one can think like this 24\7, they'd simply be driven insane by all the little things that are so casually forgotten, like the colors of the flowers on the side of the path, over the years you would continually remember everything trivial and pointless and be unable to even sleep properly. As it is at Kage Level, this problem seems to disperse without much reason, the best guess the experts say is that the brain will eventually transcend to a new level, at which point the user may or may not be classified as 'human' anymore.
These stat boosts do not contribute to the total Stat Cap.

This isn't taking into account that some jutsu are nearly impossible to counter. You need to make it account for a lot of factors, if you want an ability of this nature.

It's not the jutsu itself, it's the effectiveness of the jutsu. So being able to tell when a jutsu is about to be used can also be taken into consideration. And after meeting this person in battle for so long, the user would be able to read them like a book.

Temporary? As in the next topic I'm in I loose those bonuses? Yes that is correct. Save the intelligence bonus, it is permanent.

So your saying a stat increas of +7 for intel stays? no, I don't think that's ok. Classes only give you +5 total. So I'd say all stats are temp. and I'd like to see a cd and dur for this. Because people, even of high caliber, don't think like that ALL the time. Sorta reminds me of the tactical mode on Naruto Ultimate ninja 3.

Approved, just remember it will most likely cause mental anguish if used a lot until Legendary Jounin level. Also, may I state that once you reach said level, you will have a cd less than the duration. For the simple reason of you being more in control of it. Sound good?
