Rules, Regulations, and Misc. Information.

Alright. As you know and may have read, There is a rule that states All Jounin Must have students. Now this isn't so bad if you think about it. It keeps you active and lets you rank up faster. That doesn't seem so bad now does it? Alright, so let's begin with the Rules and Regulations.

Rules:
First off is the simplest rule. All Jounin MUST have at least ONE student. Now This may seem like a style cramper for some but come on, This is naruto. Almost every Jounin had a team of 2 students that they HAD to teach. You only HAVE to teach one. Sounds like a good deal right?

Alright, Second Rule is this. Surprise!!!! The student you have has to be Genin or Chunin. Now if you think about it the way of ranking up and so forth, it'd be better to get a Genin, why you ask?!?!?!? Simple. Gives both people more time to form relationships, Character build, and even allow for more time to get in some nice jutsu if they're nice xD But really, It makes sense for all intent and purposes, but it's not limited to Genin. Chunins are also welcomed as students too.

Thirdly, I'd like to point out that all the jutsu rules and stuff applies. So just because you you are a jounin and know say Earth style mud wall, doesn't mean you can teach it to a Hyouton user. Ya know? Common sense please.

Of course, this is simple outline of rules and regulations. It's possible it will be changed so please check often.

Regulations:
Most people assume it's the same as Rules, well it sort of is, however, it's also like guide lines too. Allow me to go more in depth.

Firstly, I'd like to point out the obvious things. These are aspects such as:

1) You can't have a student that's not in your village. That's somewhat absurd. And also, Missing nin aren't going to be thought of as people to take under your wing, why you ask? easy, they're missing nin and presumed to be criminals for the most part.

However, if they are accepted in to the village, then they can be a Student.

2) You have to follow Rules of the Village!!!! Again, obvious right? So, this means like, if you know a jutsu that's forbidden in that village then, you most likely shouldn't be teaching it to your student.

Now, In most cases the Kage will appoint Students to the Jounin. This is applicable. However, some times, depending on the situation of course, the Jounin are allowed to select their own students. Also in said cases, the leader of the village should be informed about your student. Secret students may not look good on a resume right?

Again, a Basic set of rules and regulations. Simple and to the point. Now, things may change. So check back often.

Now for the whole shibang about Students. For the current situation, We'd like to keep track of who takes who as a student. This way, you won't get booted from a rank for not having a student.
